How do I view pricing?

Simply log in to view catalogue pricing.

Register for an account by clicking on the yellow Customer Login link at the top left of the page.

I already have an account with PharmaSystems

An account with PharmaSystems Inc. is independant from an online account on the PharmaSystems website.

You must register to create an account on the website, even if you have an account with PharmaSystems.

Simply click here to register an account, or contact the Customer Service team and they can create an account for you.

How can I view or change my account information?

Simply click on the "PharmaSystems" logo to be redirected to the homepage. Here you can view and update account information such as:

  • Edit your account information
  • Change your password
  • Modify your address book entries

You can also view:

  • Past orders
  • Your transactions
  • My Favourites basket

How do I set up a Customer Account?

  • To set up a customer account, please select the "Customer Login" link in the top left corner of the page
  • Please submit your company information, providing as much detail as possible
  • Once your company information has been submitted, the PharmaSystem's Customer Service Team will approve your customer status
  • You will receive an email notification once your customer status has been approved, and you will then be able to review pricing and place orders online

How do I become an Approved Customer?

If you are an existing PharmaSystems Inc. customer, please provide your Company Number during the Account Registration. Please review your past order documents from PharmaSystems as a reference, or call our customer service team for assistance. Existing customers will have online approval status granted within 3 business hours.

If your company is not currently a PharmaSystems' Inc. customer, our management team will review and approve your customer status. Please provide as much information about your company as possible to ensure a speedy approval process. Approval status may take up to 3 business days to approve.

Who is Eligible to become an Approved Customer?

Only eligible applicants will become approved customers on the PharmaSystems Inc. website. Eligible customers include Canadian Pharmacies, Hospitals, Health Care Facilities, and other Health/Medical/Pharmaceutical organizations.

PharmaSystems does not sell directly to the end consumer. If you are an end consumer, please contact us and we can assist you on where to shop.

PharmaSystems reserves the right to reject customer requests from applications deemed ineligible as per the above requirements. Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions.

How do I place an Online Order?

  • Select desired products and enter desired quantity
  • Select "My Order" from the top menu bar to review and complete your order
  • Update and review quantity, or select "Complete Order" to proceed

Complete your order:

  • Confirm your company and billing information
  • Confirm delivery details
  • Select delivery method
  • Select payment method
  • Confirm required payment details
  • Confirm order - please note that the sub-total is included; additional taxes and shipping charges may be applicable

Order Status:

  • Upon order completion, you will be redirected to an order completion page with an Online Order Confirmation number for your reference
  • You will also receive an email notification that your order has been received, which will detail all of the above information
  • Your order will be processed within 3 business hours,  unless notified otherwise

How do I know my Online Order has been Received?

After completing the checkout process,  you will be redirected to an order completion page with an Online Order Confirmation number for your reference. This number will begin with a W followed by a 3-5 digit number. Please use this number as a reference should you contact us with any questions.

After your order has been received, you will receive an email from our company confirming that we received your order. This email will detail all of the specifications you confirmed during your checkout process.

Your order will be processed within 3 business hours, or you will be notified otherwise.

How Long will it take to Process my Online Order?

Your order will be processed within 3 business hours. Please note our business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm EST. 

You will be contacted by our customer service team via email otherwise.

How do I use the Catalogue?

There are several ways to use the PharmaSystems Catalogue online:

  1. Use the "Search" bar in the top right corner to search by keyword, Item number or UPC code.
  2. View products within the Retail Products and Pharmacy Supplies catalogues.
  3. View the "Catalogue" page (found in the bottom right corner of the page) and download full PDF's of the OTC and Rx Catalogues.

How do I use the "My Favourites" function?

As you are viewing product details in the online catalogue, below the "add to cart" function is the "Add to Favourites" button. Simply click this to save items to your favourites. Review your favourites basket by selecting the "My Favourites" icon at the top of the page. Here you can add items to your shopping cart or remove the item in the "action" column.

I want to receive a PharmaSystems Catalogue in the Mail

To join our catalogue mailing list, simply request a catalogue on the "Catalogue" page - click the link at the bottom right corner of the page.
